Easter is Coming to Porto

Porto is the city that gave the name to Portugal.  Besides, it is also a city known worldwide, for its Porto wine, its bridges, its contemporary and its ancient architecture and historical centre. Easter is coming and this is a lovely time to come to Porto for a visit.

Some of the Oporto main attractions, that you can include in your guide are Torre dos Clérigos and Fundação de Serralves, which is a contemporary art museum.

FUN EASTER ACTIVITY

In Porto, besides the religious Easter celebrations, you can also find interactive and fun events. At the Serralves Park there will be a special Easter Egg Hunt activity. This is an adaptation of a tradition from countries such as the United Kingdom, in which adults and children take part in a chocolate egg “treasure hunt” at Easter time.This event will take place on April 14th.
